Ingredients

  • 150 g Bacon

    diced bacon

  • 2 tablespoons butter

    butter for frying

  • 225 gSpinach

    fresh spinach

  • 8 pcs Egg

  • 225 ml Cream

    heavy whipped cream

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

You can serve frittata with finely chopped cabbage or red cabbage and salad dressing. How delicious!

Steps

Preheat oven to 175 ° C. Grease a 23x23 cm baking dish or individual ceramic baking pots.

Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Add spinach to the meat, stirring the mixture until the leaves wither. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.

Whisk eggs with cream. Then pour the mixture into an oiled baking dish or ceramic baking pots.

Top it with bacon, spinach and cheese, and then put in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the frit is golden brown.
